Private doors, handled privately.
For members' clubs, comedy clubs and sports clubs, who gets in matters. Here's how EntryCode handles it.
Nobody gets in just by paying.
On EntryCode, a ticket is a request, not a purchase. Your venue decides who gets approved.
You decide who's approved
Review each request yourself, or approve members, or everyone, automatically. You can change that for a single event. Requests you don't answer in time expire and count as declined.
Nothing is charged until you say yes
Guests only pay after approval, by bank transfer straight to your account or at the door. Declined guests are never charged.
Bans and revoked tickets
Ban a guest from future events, or revoke an approved ticket before they've checked in. The decision stays with you.
Recognise your members without handing over your list.
Guests say whether they're a member or want to apply. That's their claim. You make the final call, with help from your own records.
Upload a hashed list
Match returning members from a spreadsheet. EntryCode stores only keyed hashes of contact details, never the plain emails or phone numbers.
Or connect your own system
If you already run a membership database, EntryCode can check requests against it through your own API.
Members-only events
Run events for members only, or give members priority, and keep applicants separate until you've decided.
Your list stays yours
Each venue's members, applicants and history are kept apart and never shown to, or shared with, another venue.
Over-18s only, checked at the door.
Every EntryCode guest is aged 18 or over, and tickets on guests' phones are protected.
18+ only
you still check IDEntryCode is for people aged 18 and over and asks for a date of birth once. That's a self-declared check, not proof of age. You still check ID at the door, and you can set a higher minimum age for your events.
Tickets that don't linger
PIN-locked, auto-removedTickets saved on a guest's phone are protected by a PIN, wiped after five wrong tries, and removed a few days after the event.
Who's responsible for what.
You decide who gets into your events, so you're the data controller for your guest list. EntryCode handles that data on your behalf under a data processing agreement, stored in the EU. Your licences, age policy and house rules remain yours.
