Door access that doesn't go dark.

A ticket used to be a promise. Now it's a screenshot anyone can forward. EntryCode gives clubs back the say over who comes through the door, and keeps the door working when the wifi doesn't.

Generic ticketing wasn't built for venues like yours.

Screenshots travel

A static code is just a picture. Once it's out, anyone holding a copy can walk in with it.

Wifi shouldn't decide who gets in

When the connection drops, most scanners stop. The queue grows, and the door becomes the slowest part of the night.

A ticket isn't the same as a welcome

Most platforms treat buying a ticket and belonging as the same thing. Your venue doesn't have to.

The door is the first thing a guest remembers. It shouldn't be the queue.

You know your regulars by name. EntryCode just keeps the door.

How it works

Four steps, from request to scan.

1.

Apply or book

Attendees request access or buy a ticket directly through your venue's page.

2.

Approve

Your venue decides who's in. Review each request yourself, or let members, or everyone, through automatically. Buying a ticket alone doesn't get anyone in.

3.

Scan at the door

A signed, rotating code is checked in seconds — nothing to forge or pass along. Guests can pay before they arrive, so the door is just a scan.

4.

Stay open, online or off

If the connection drops, entry keeps running and reconciles automatically once it's back.

Approve. Every request lands in your list. Approve or reject each one, or several at once.

Scan at the door. The guest's entry code refreshes about once a minute, so a forwarded screenshot soon stops working.

Nothing to print, nothing to forge, nothing worth passing along.

Built for doors that can't afford to fail.

This is where EntryCode does the most work, and where most ticketing stops trying.

Signed, rotating codes

no static image to copy

Every entry code is cryptographically signed and changes over time, so a copy soon stops working.

Works offline

local fallback + auto reconcile

If the venue's connection drops, scanning falls back to a locally cached code and syncs automatically the moment it's back online — no gap in coverage at the door.

Your members, your data

fully isolated per venue

Every venue's member list, applicants, and attendee history stay completely separate — never visible to, or shared with, any other venue on EntryCode.

You decide who's in

venue makes the call

EntryCode handles the mechanics: identity, access and the payment plumbing. Every approval, rejection and vetting decision stays with your venue.

A screenshot from last week is worthless at tonight's door.

Built for your kind of venue.

Independent event & concert promoters

Stop losing money to screenshot-shared tickets and stacked processing fees on small-run events.

Sports clubs & members' associations

A reliable door for match days, plus straightforward member management without a full club-admin system.

Private & members-only venues

Vetted, approval-based access with member lists that stay fully private to your venue.

Different doors, the same rule: you decide who comes in.

What EntryCode leaves out.

  • An app guests must download

Guests request a ticket from a link or a QR code, in their phone's browser.

  • Somebody else's brand on your door

Guests see your venue's page, in your venue's colour, with your own words about it.

  • A middleman holding your money

Guests pay you directly, by bank transfer or at the door. EntryCode never holds the money.

Your door, your guests, your money.

Become a pilot club.

We're looking for a small number of clubs and venues to run EntryCode at real events before full launch. You help shape the product; we look after you while we do it.

What we ask

  • Use EntryCode on the door at your real events
  • Tell us what works and what doesn't, with a short check-in every few weeks
  • If it goes well, let us mention your club by name

Pricing after the pilot scales with the size of your club: a small club pays less than a large venue. Guests pay you directly, by bank transfer to your account or at the door: EntryCode never holds your money.

Apply to be a pilot club Places are limited. Tell us your club's name, roughly how many members you have, and how often you run events.

Give your door a system it can trust.
